We love to tell people to love themselves and that they should have self esteem, but at the same time we spare no chance to tell people they're ugly and not good enough.
How is someone suppose to sustain a healthy sense of self esteem when society is constantly telling them they are unworthy.
And while affirmations are nice they can not cuddle me at night LOL
